10/31/2001. The Andorian Incident — During a visit to a Vulcan monastery, Archer, T'Pol, and Tucker are taken hostage by a group of Andorians who claim the monastery actually houses a secret Vulcan spying post.
11/7/2001. Breaking the Ice — Archer finds his patience wearing thin when a Vulcan ship watches over the Enterprise as it conducts a routine survey mission on a comet.
11/14/2001. Civilization — Members of the Enterprise crew go undercover to explore the world of a pre-warp society, and Archer is drawn into an investigation involving an illness among their people.
11/21/2001. Fortunate Son — When the Enterprise answers the distress call of a human cargo vessel and arrives after it has been raided by interstellar pirates, Archer suspects there's more to the situation than meets the eye.
11/28/2001. Cold Front — As the Enterprise plays host to visitors on a religious retreat, Archer is made aware of a Suliban intruder who may be part of a conspiracy waged from centuries in the future.
1/16/2002. Silent Enemy — When an alien ship refuses to acknowledge attempts at communication and begins a series of attacks on the Enterprise, the crew begins preparing a significant weapons upgrade.
1/23/2002. Dear Doctor — Dr. Phlox faces an ethical dilemma when an alien society asks Captain Archer to help them cure a disease that threatens their entire population.
1/30/2002. Sleeping Dogs — T'Pol, Reed, and Sato find themselves trapped in a doomed Klingon vessel after embarking on a mission to figure out why it is adrift in the violent atmosphere of a gas giant.
2/6/2002. Shadows of P'Jem — Archer and T'Pol are held hostage by a rebel organization that wants to overthrow their planet's reigning government.
2/13/2002. Shuttlepod One — Tucker and Reed embark on a doomed mission in a shuttlepod after they mistakenly believe the Enterprise has been destroyed and its entire crew lost.
2/27/2002. Fusion — T'Pol finds herself exploring dangerous recesses of her mind when a group of Vulcans who embrace their emotions visits the Enterprise.
3/20/2002. Rogue Planet — While observing an alien hunting expedition on a world that has no daylight, Archer is contacted by a mysterious woman seeking his help.
3/27/2002. Acquisition — With the crew of the Enterprise disabled, a small Ferengi crew boards the ship with the intention of stealing all its valuables.
4/3/2002. Oasis — The Enterprise crew contacts the marooned crew of a downed vessel and begins suspecting the survivors are hiding a secret.
4/24/2002. Detained — Archer and Mayweather find themselves inside an alien internment facility where they realize innocent Suliban have been imprisoned without being charged with legitimate crimes.
5/1/2002. Vox Sola — Ensign Sato attempts to communicate with a bizarre alien lifeform after it boards the ship and traps several members of the crew in its clutches.
5/8/2002. Fallen Hero — Tensions arise and questions go unanswered when the Vulcans ask the Enterprise to transport an expelled Vulcan ambassador from an alien world.
5/8/2002. Desert Crossing — Archer and Tucker are left stranded in an alien desert after a terrorist leader attempts recruiting the Enterprise to help fight on behalf of his cause.
5/15/2002. Two Days and Two Nights — Members of the Enterprise crew head down to the surface of the planet Risa in hopes for some brief but relaxing shore leave.
5/22/2002. Shockwave, Part I — The disastrous destruction of a mining colony resulting in more than 3,600 deaths leads to the possibility of Starfleet and the Vulcans canceling the Enterprise's mission.
