Re: DS9 S5: By Inferno's Light

What I love about this episode:

* The empathy shown towards Garak for having a panic attack so severe that he had an anxiety induced seizure. That level of panic is realistic, especially given that he had survived a cave-in.

* The Klingons talking to each other about Garak’s courage when he goes to finish the job anyway.

MARTOK: There is no greater enemy than one's own fears.
WORF: It takes a brave man to face them.

Great read! I also love this show, still do and that won't ever change. I'm currently watching it again, I am in season 3, I still enjoy almost every second of it.

I liked this episode because it shows how far Winn is willing to go. Also some nice scenes with Kira and the nearly death Bareil in the end.

One of my least favorite episodes, only scenes I did really like were the lunches in the beginning and at the end with Garak. Although I do not really care for the episode I do not skip it when re-watching.

4 stars at the least. They've done a terrific job, it's become a nice funny episode, ode to the classic trek. I love the 2 time agents Lucsly and Dulmur [aka Scully and Mulder] ;-)

I really liked this episode! It had Picardo of course but also a surprising twist with Bashir, geneticly engineered, which is still being used in the DS9 books.

I really love these 2 episodes, now it's getting really started, war with the Dominion.

I regularly watch DS9, again and again, can't get enough of it. For me without a doubt the best TREK ever.
