The rank is based on the numeric ratings combined with my overall feelings about an episode as they happened to be when I did this ranking. Until "His Way", this season was shaping up to be the best season in all of Trek. A strong finish would really have cemented this season as one of the all-time greats. Sadly, it's probably the weakest ending stretch of episodes of any full season of DS9. Still a really good season, at least.
