Re: DS9 S6: Far Beyond the Stars

To me, the part where the cops are beating him was really good when their appearance changed into Dukat and Weyoun. To me it represented Sisko feeling like his life was being beaten down by them in reality.

Re: DS9 S6: Rocks and Shoals

I'm not sure the dominion would bother to rescue them since they're just clones and given that why would Keevan care if he died if he'd just wake up in a cloning lab? Maybe to avoid the pain I guess.

Re: DS9 S5: In Purgatory's Shadow

Maybe Bashir used to old uniform as pajamas after the new uniform was introduced and Bashir was himself in Rapture. He did say he went to bed and woke up in prison.

Re: DS9 S4: Broken Link

I always wondered how the founders knew that Odo killed the changeling in The Adversary.

Re: DS9 S4: Body Parts

Considering humanity is about to conduct it's first head transplant, I bet a fetal transplant isn't very implausible especially by the 24th century.

Re: DS9 S4: Sons of Mogh

I always found it interesting how Picard and Sisko reacted so differently to the idea of Klingon assisted suicide. Picard seemed like he was in support of Riker killing Worf in that TNG episode. I would also think the Federation would be ok with assisted suicide. Besides, did Worf get in trouble for murdering Duras?

Re: DS9 S3: Past Tense, Part I

"It's interesting how Dax winds up with people on the opposite end of the economic scale"

Sisko is a black man and Bashir is an Arab man whereas Dax is an attractive white woman. It's very realistic where the three ended up.

Re: VOY S6: Collective

None of the Borg children were human! Amazing!

Re: VOY S3: False Profits

"All these Ferengi do all day is sit around and con the citizens out of their money. Would a real society accept this, even from their supposed gods?"

Our society does. Collection plates, tithing, to say nothing of televangelists. And these people aren't even gods.

Re: VOY S2: Twisted

Hopefully Neelix gave Kes some birthday sex. Sex with a two year old.

Re: VOY S1: Heroes and Demons

Ironic that the most human and complex character on the show is a hologram.

Re: VOY S1: Parallax

If I had been Lieutenant Carey and got passed up on promotion to a Maquis that never graduated the academy, I would've shown Janeway the bird and hung out in the holodeck for 75 years. He wouldn't have died a week before they got home either.

Re: TNG S7: Thine Own Self

To Paul M. that commented above about Troi being higher in three chain of command than Data. Technically being second officer, Data should retain positional authority over Troi. In the absence of Picard and Riker, Data would be in command.

Brannon Braga: Hey, Gates! Guess what? Next week you're getting your very own episode! Here's the script.

Gates McFadden: Oh great! Finally an episode of my very own!

Later that night...

Gates McFadden: Awww God dammit...

Re: TNG S2: The Dauphin

No one mentioned the best part of the episode. Worf doesn't try to hit the shapeshifter when it's in the form of the monster, he waits till it's in the form of the old lady again and he pulls back like he's going to backhand her. Gets me in stitches every time.

Re: TNG S1: Code of Honor

This episode is worse than the episodes from other series you gave zero stars to. I don't see how this one earns half a star.
