Re: TNG S7: Eye of the Beholder

I honestly was never irked by Troi and Worf's relationship, and i personally felt there was some chemistry between them (it worked well in "Parallels"), but for me this episode is unwatchable. I call this the "Troi's swollen lips" episode. Her upper lip is so noticeably puffed up, it's ridiculous and distracting. I think Marina is gorgeous and in her line of work i understand that women feel pressured to maintain their looks...STILL...they should have waited for them to deflat a little before shooting this episode.

Re: VOY S2: Innocence

The more i watch Voyager on "Netflix" the more i love it. This episode..um...not so much. I like the idea of aging backwards, AND i like seeing Tuvok away from the crew...his character is way too "uppity" when around his shipmates. i would HATE this guy if i worked with him. Sooooo...we have an interesting story...but the writers seem lazy on this one. Stupid, painfully annoying child dialogue....and then the "Morrok's?"...a knockoff of "Time Machine's Morlocks." It could have been a great story, but it's just too cheesy for me. Can't blame the writer's too much though, this episode was made during the time "Full House" was popular. ......." YOU GOT IT DUDE!" Ugh!

Re: TNG S5: The Inner Light

My favorite episodes of St:TNG are "Yesterday's Enterprise", and this one. Thanks to Netflix, i think I've watched them both a hundred times each. There's something I've pondered while watching this one. The probe literally "brainwashes" Picard. They don't let him keep his identity. There is no 'hi Picard, this is our world, live amongst us and no time will pass in your world', instead it is, 'you are NOT Picard, you never were picard, your name is Kamen and your other world is a hallucination brought on by a fever.' I'm just wondering why they decided to do it this way...possibly to make him really "feel" like he was a part of their world and not just an outsider. Yet at the end...he is forcibly brainwashed in reverse by ostracizing him. We made you become one of us but you aren't. This family..these kids..grandkids you thought were yours are not real so now we end this "dream" and your family and life go "poof"! Bwahahaha! Lol i guess I've watched this show way too many times.

Re: TNG S5: The First Duty

I thought this episode was awesome but there is something that irked the hell out of me. Where was counselor troi? Where was any Batazoid for that matter? Sorry but the squadron had guilty written all over their faces...Troi would've called BS from the start. Other than that...an enjoyable episode. Finally Wesley is portrayed as "human."
